- Total package cost is payable in Egyptian Pounds according to the equivalent rate of exchange on the day of payment.
- VISA approval / rejection is subject to Embassy/Immigration decision with no liability on Karnak .
- Hotel’s Check In time is 14:00 & Check Out at 12:00 (any special request of early check in subject to hotel’s availability and confirmation.
VISA:
Visa Requirements:
- Original passport and copies of older passports with previous VISA(s),
- Where applicable, (Valid for Six month) after departure date.
- Two recent colored passport sized photographs against a white background.
- Original & stamped Bank Statement for the past six months balances (not older than one week). (in English)
- HR Letter in English stating position, salary, hiring date and vacation approval.
- If the client will travel with his wife we need Original marriage certificate & Translated in English.
- If the client Owner we need original commercial register & Tax Card translated in English.
- If the client have children we need Birth certificate & school certificate translated in English.
In case of minors:
- Approval from the parents (Signed also by two witnesses).
- Bank statement of one of the parents.
Karnak will handle the below required documents on behalf of the client:
- Proof of confirmed return ticket to the final destination, Egypt.
- Confirmed hotel reservation.
- VISA is processed in approximately 30 working days from date of application.
- A personal interview with the applicant may be requested at any time.
- VISA approval / rejection are subject to Consulate decision with no liability on karnak travel.
